The place was beautifully decorated, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend. Came here for 3 nights with my family, had a fine stay. The location offered was fantastic and lovely near across from the Albert Dock. For short-orders there was Docklands Fish and Chips, I found it close by. Very efficient service, although a few employees were not very helpful.

It was in a fantastic location near many shops as well as the garden.

Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly friendly and amiable. The location is very central, perfect for celebrating birthday. There's Docklands Fish and Chips offering takeout around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

I greatly enjoyed the stay here and will come back. Everything was very good from the very efficient service to the outstanding food. The staff was caring and very amiable the whole time of my stay. I was there for 2 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for breakfast.

The king room we stayed in was brand-new with good amenities, a nice view, for example. The location of the hotel was incredible, to Liverpool one shopping area. We had lunch in Docklands Fish and Chips, located nearby.

The location near to a ferry port was marvellous, most places in Liverpool were within reach. Popped in Tgi Fridays for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue.

We stayed in a nicely furnished room with park views, the staff were especially helpful. The provided service was good!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects included cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location to the Liverpool One shopping complex. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate bathroom and shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. The hotel also had a great executive lounge with delicious canapés and drinks. It was conveniently located right in the center of Liverpool, close to the mall and within walking distance to many tourist spots.

Nothing to complain about, had a perfect stay for one night. Hotel overlooked the park and the room was nicely decorated. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a lounge area, a chair and an iron. I went to a fantastic restaurant and loved the local dishes.

The king room overlooks the park and includes coffee/tea making machines, refrigerators, and kitchenware. Offers incredible location in a really comfortable area.

I have to mention the high quality and comprehensive breakfast with good food available and lovely coffee, for example. The location is unbeatable and stunning, to a very special event.

The king room was tastefully decorated, included a tub and a separate shower. The location was best possible and top, near to many bars, the city's great landmarks, and the nearby supermarket.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so good.
